Brock Waluk

Owner & Head Trainer

Brock Waluk is the founder of Next Generation Personal Training (NGPT) and NGX Cycle Studio, where he leads a team dedicated to helping clients transform their lives through science-backed training and a supportive community. With a background in athletics and Sports Medicine, Brock blends technical expertise with a people-first approach—creating programs that are personalized, effective, and sustainable.

Over the years, he has coached everyone from athletes and fighters to busy professionals and post-rehab clients, always tailoring training to their unique needs. Beyond the gym, Brock is committed to building leaders, fostering community through challenges and events, and inspiring clients to reach their full potential.

As a business owner and father, he understands the balance between life and health—and his mission is to make fitness not just a program, but a lifestyle that builds confidence, energy, and purpose.

YO LE

MANAGEMENT & LEADERSHIP TEAM

Yo Le is a certified personal trainer through S.M.A.R.T. (Scientific Management of Anatomic and Responsive Training) and holds advanced education in biomechanics and execution through N1 Education. With over 30 years of experience in the gym, he specializes in biomechanics, physique transformation, nutrition, and program design.

His journey began in high school football, where a simple introduction to the weight room sparked a lifelong passion. Over the decades, Yo has personally lost more than 60 pounds of body fat, built over 20 pounds of lean muscle tissue, and competed in several bodybuilding competitions — taking 1st place in his class. These experiences shaped his belief that the road to your ideal physique is always under construction.

Unlike many trainers who start in person, Yo’s career began in the digital space. After completing the Fitness Online Coaching Academy (FOCA), he coached clients strictly online, an experience that demanded precision in communication and programming. A chance to work with a local online client shifted his path, as he discovered a deep passion for hands-on training and teaching in person.

As both a bodybuilder and coach, Yo also recognized a gap in the industry — the lack of credible posing coaches in his area. Instead of settling, he decided to become one himself, applying his knowledge of biomechanics and stage presentation to help competitors bring their absolute best to the spotlight. Today, Yo blends his competitive experience, technical expertise, and passion for transformation to guide clients toward their all-time best physiques.

Myka Mills

MANAGEMENT & LEADERSHIP TEAM

Myka Mills is the Operations Officer of NGPT and a lead cycle instructor with NGX, where she blends her love of fitness with strong leadership and organization. She oversees NGX Cycle Studio, manages daily operations, and supports NGPT’s growth and expansion into new locations.

Inspired at a young age by her mother’s example of discipline and determination, Myka believes fitness is about empowerment and confidence—especially for women learning to take up space and break past limits. As both a leader and a mother, she understands the challenges of balancing family, health, and personal growth, and she brings that perspective into the way she supports clients and team members alike.

Whether she’s leading a high-energy cycle class, mentoring trainers, or making sure operations run smoothly, Myka is dedicated to creating an environment where both clients and staff can thrive. Outside of work, you’ll likely find her lifting weights, enjoying anything with peanut butter, or dancing in random places—because she believes fitness and life should be as fun as they are fulfilling.

Steven Grindstaff

PERSONAL TRAINER

Born and raised in West Virginia, an early love for sports led to a fitness journey that began in high school while preparing for a street hockey tournament. That experience sparked a lasting commitment to training and self-improvement.

While earning a degree in accounting from Marshall University, training became a major focus. After years of self-guided progress, a major transformation in 2016—cutting from 180 lbs to 127 lbs—brought both physical results and valuable lessons about health, nutrition, and sustainability.

In 2019, that passion turned into a career with certifications through ACE and Precision Nutrition, along with involvement in Physique Development and the creation of SLG Fitness LLC. Continued education through N1 and other advanced certifications helped refine coaching skills.

After nearly 15 years in accounting, a full transition into fitness led to joining Next Generation Personal Training in 2022. Now with 3+ years of in-person training and 5+ years of online coaching, the focus is on helping clients achieve results through a balanced, informed, and sustainable approach. Additionally, serves as the creator and co-host of the NGPT Podcast alongside Malaki Miller, sharing insights on training, nutrition, and the coaching industry.

Evan Holdren

PERSONAL TRAINER

Evan has been involved in sports all his life, including Soccer, MMA, and gymnastics. He is also very driven and loves to push himself, this led him to take up weight training more seriously in high school in order to put on more muscle mass to push himself to the next level in his sports performance.

Later in college, Evan would spend time working out with teammates and often sharing tips and techniques. After having a friend encourage him to look into personal training as a part time job during college, he ended up making it a career. Getting his first professional certification through NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine), he has continued to take several other certifications as well as gain knowledge through on the job experience to further his education.

Although Evan had been able to achieve decent results from his weight training during high school, after getting his certification and learning more about anatomy as well as the biomechanics of movements, allowing him to better understand his body. His results exploded, increasing exponentially to put on almost 30 pounds of lean body mass.

Today Evan loves to share his experience and skills, providing a relatable hands-on style approach in his training for his clients. However, most of all, he emphasizes the teaching aspect of fitness coaching, in order to help his clients learn and understand for them themselves. Providing the support to them to improve their quality of life, both mentally and physically.
